Anything hidden can be very mysterious either rewarding, vice versa! Perhaps the best word for someone who seek for relaxation, reinvention and escape from the buzzing city life. So why not seek for something hidden right? That is, if you are driven enough to seek for some places to hide. Good thing, I have a best set of friends who are that adventurous to discover something new to gratify our desires to unwind - and we had chosen The Hidden Beach in Aloguinsan.

I first got the chance to know this place when I saw one of my friend's post on FB. It was screenshot-worthy! Intrigued I was, I searched and read some related travel blogs about Hidden Beach. I set a plan, and we conquered!

Again, early bird catches the worm. Punctuality is a key for any convenience and comfort especially when you reside in the city. It takes about a three-hour ride and please don't forget to ask the bus' dispatcher where to stop, as the name suggests, Hidden Beach is quite concealed. Upon standing the exact street, it takes about a half- kilometer to reaching the paradise. Feel free to get silly with your friends while on foot. Follow the curving trail that leads you to the place where trees and colored alphagina flags in union. When we reached the place, we were all in observation about the quirky blue houses and tropical trees. And the entrance fee was just 10 pesos? ( sorry guys I hardly remember :D ) But anyways, what I am sure was the facilities were all reasonable! No corkage! A major grin sa mga practikal fellas out there. ☺ 

The cliff-like entrance gave us the view of the serene sea. We were amazed to seeing the good numbers of tables and hut cottages. Adding a rural-feel vibe. Palm tress grows closely-knitted like it wanted to embrace the sea. I felt like I wanted to run carelessly the entire beach! Can you guys blame when you see these?

See why? Now you're jaw dropped! I know you want to run like I wanted. haha. I remember, I once posted a picture with a caption, " In the tropics, summer is unlimited". I bet, you couldn't agree more.


Meanwhile, tuloy ang modeling... Laban lang! :D 

Okay, I know what's in your mind now. I passed your standard right? wahaha. I couldn't help but be involved in these good landscape and play in front of my dear friend's lense. His skill in photography is a sheer-genius, thanks James! Kisses.

To be honest, the sea wasn't that ideal for me, there were lot of weeds, even floating weeds. So better get your slip-ons when swimming. But I was in awe how nonchalant the sea was, it was almost waveless! ( check the photos ). Because it was Sunday, people were flocking slowly and we decided to outcast ourselves somewhere isolated. We gathered dried palm leaves together to serve as our carpet and to truly embrace the tropical life. What a life! Yes, Hidden Beach is such an ideal place to brooding and spending an intimate time with someone you dear. 

The best part is, you need not to spend much to unwind. Try this sojourn as much as we do - and definitely you would be reminiscing what Aloguinsan had given.

By the way, this was our last summer-stretch in May, and until now I am still feeling my summer hangover. Best friends, good food, secluded paradise = Love.

Next stop, Bojo River!

, the adventure continues

One of the perks of being an employee is having the chance to unwind. The chance to visit new places which may some of them you might consider as a fantasy. The more you will feel the thrill when you are with the raucous people who also thirst for the same adventures – the team mates! Well being called as a “ team” is an understatement, because we are a cluster of people who seek for good vibes. Slight polite, slight rebel, supporting each others growth as a working individual, and who understand the power and needs of our age – so best buds is a safer word. Perhaps, you get to know your team mates only at work premises and it's kind of boring.  Greatness there is so called "Team Building" , a privilege given to celebrate and get to know more the group deeper behind the company's bars, with much fun, of course!

For the record this is my fifth team excursion. But the level of excitement remained for two good reasons : new faces and a new place to visit! Though the news foresighted that the possibility for heavy rain was very big, we were helpless but equated the weather with our sunny smiles. A gargantuan smile! :) I was completely psyched knowing who I with and how scenic the place was. Needless to say, this was the first team excursion for Team Cindy. And it was remarkably firing with laughter, conversation, and binging! haha

Relaxation was our ultimate word of the day. We lived by it and loved it. We binged enormously and doused the sea with much liberation. I dove at it fearlessly like there's no tomorrow. It's crystal clear sea is exceptional! Special mention for the mild weather which permitted us to bond carelessly and with much pleasure. If not because of it, these captured moments wouldn't be possible. Do you guys remember the 90 % possibility of heavy rain shower?  Well, the happy pictures above is how we spent the 10%! Not bad. haha

Sad fate, there were missing people in this picture, but I dedicate this post for them: Mommy Shugar, Twinkle, Vin, Donelle, Bruce, Amille, Mayflor and Jacob. Make up then pag my time guys ha?

Another epic team building worth-reminiscing and I seek for another adventure with the same people. I just hope no impromptu sexy dance number next time otherwise, I change my mind. Twerking no more.  haha
